Real Men Bowl Pink
The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), which remains the copyright holder of cricket’s rules and regulations collaborated with scientists at Imperial College in London and determined fluorescent pink balls were ideal in terms of visibility for players, spectators and television viewers.
The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) will be experimenting with the pink balls over the weekend in Jamaica for the regional first-class season.
The overall response for the pink revolution has not been positive in the Caribbean region. No one wants to overtly declare their pink phobia but we all know the reason for their discomfort. Personally, the pink ball could be a much-needed marketing driving force for the sport. As long as gender bias ideals “dic”tate their sentiments, I continue to laugh at the insecurity displayed among grown men.

Now thats funny…but the pink ball does confuse me a bit…I agree with you that this change provides a perfect opportunity for marketing/pr. They should hire you because they clearly can’t see the big pink ball in the room.
